2024-2025 School Year Application

To apply:

Note:  Current St. Michael students DO NOT need to fill out an application.  Please re-enroll your child by accessing the re-enrollment link that was sent via email.

1. Click to Create an Account

To begin the application process, please click the "Create an Account" tab at the top of this page to create an application account. From there, you will be instructed to create a login, password, and verify your email via a message to your email account.

 

2. Click to Start Application

You have the flexibility to log in and out of your application account without losing your data as it will autosave. There will be a green check mark for each section once you have completed all required fields.

 

3. Review and Submit & Pay Application Fee

Once all required fields of the application are complete, you must select "Pay and Submit." You will then be instructed to pay the application fee, $52. You will receive a confirmation email that we received your application.  If you do not, you have not submitted and completed all steps.

 

4. Request/Submit Required Documents

Please be sure that all required documents are provided to the admissions office:

  • Completed Online Application
  • Most Recent Report Card (required for Grades 1-12)
  • Teacher Reference Report (required for Grades 1-12)
  • IEP/504/Psychological Diagnostic Testing Results, if applicable
  • Most Recent Standardized Testing Results (optional)

2024 Summer Program Application

To apply:

Note:  Current St. Michael students MUST fill out an application.  

1. Click to Create an Account

To begin the application process, please click the "Create an Account" tab at the top of this page to create an application account. From there, you will be instructed to create a login, password, and verify your email via a message to your email account.

 

2. Click to Start Application 

  • Follow these instructions for completing the application.
  • Login to your account and select “Create a New Application”
  • Enter your child’s information.
  • Grade: scroll down to “Summer School” and select your child’s grade.  (The grade selected should reflect your child’s grade for the 24-25 school year)
  • School: Summer School
  • Application:  *Select the summer program you are applying for, then click “Submit”
  • Click “Start Application” under Application Status.

When completing the application, please ensure you are registering for Summer School. You have the flexibility to log in and out of your application account without losing your data as it will autosave. There will be a green check mark for each section once you have completed all required fields.

 

3. Review, Submit, and Pay Application Fee

Once all required fields of the application are complete, you must select "Pay and Submit." You will then be instructed to pay the summer school fee, which includes a non-refundable $25 application fee. You will receive a confirmation email that we received your application.  If you do not, you have not submitted and completed all steps.
